Azzedine Alaïa : The Couturier Exhibition
London's Design Museum pays tribute to Azzedine Alaïa hosting a special exhibition celebrating the Tunisian designer's 35 years work in haute couture. The exhibition, curated by Mark Wilson along with the designer himself, runs from May 10th - July 3rd and includes more than 60 couture pieces.
Azzedine Alaïa passed away in Paris on November 18th. He was renowned for his tailoring, innovative garments and structured designs. The exhibition titled Azzedine Alaïa: The Couturier, provides insight into the designer's creative process and presents his work as he himself intended it to be seen.
