Flower Power: An Evening at the Hampton Court Palace
For those who love a Sunday morning stroll down Columbia flower market, you’ll be happy to hear that the largest flower show in the world returns once again on July 3rd. The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show debuted in 1990, and boasts an impressive 6,750 square meter Floral Marque. Open to the public for the first week of July, the literal Garden of Eden, is hosted on the stunning grounds of Hampton Court Palace which houses many works of art from the Royal Collection, Tudor and Baroque designs, and the famous Hampton Court Maze.
Rivaled by the long established Chelsea Flower Show that has continuously boasted names of high society attendees, the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show has a VIP list of its own; celebrity chefs, UK actresses and even the Duchess of Cornwall has enjoyed its immense offerings.
To skip the queue and get your hands on all the best garden varieties presented, the Flower Show hosts an annual Preview Evening, a night of live entertainment with a spectacular view. A more relaxed version of the Chelsea Flower Show where you can get your hands dirty, be prepared to bring home some horticultural artistry.
